Can I organise a payment plan?
Of course! We don’t want you to miss out so we offer a payment plan with three instalments.
First instalment of 40% is due 3 months before the retreat.
Second instalment of 30% is due 2 months before the retreat.
Third instalment of 30% is due 1 month before the retreat.
We can also customise a plan to suit your needs.
Early bird gift
If you’re an early bird and book and pay for a retreat in full 6 weeks prior to the retreat, you get a surprise gift at the retreat at the value of $49.99.
What payment facilities can I use?
We offer direct deposit, credit card and Paypal facilities. You will need to set up an account with Paypal to use this facility.
What are your cancellation policies?

I see you offer that I can be matched with another guest to share a room. How will that work?
If you would like to share room we can match you up with another participant of the same sex, and connect you before the event. If you would like this option then please select share on the option for this room, and tick the share with an unknown participant in the registration form.
I have food allergies and intolerances. Will these be catered for?
Most definitely. When you register there is a question that asks you if have any dietary requirements.
What do I need to bring to the retreat?
Clothes, sleepwear and toiletries
Bring enough clothing for two nights and two days. Pack according to the weather.
Aprons are supplied, but it’s best to have an old shirt or similar to throw over your clothes during the art workshops.
Bring something comfortable to wear during the meditations.
All linen is supplied but you are welcome to bring your own pillow.
There is a small mineral pool at our Jan Juc location so you are welcome to bring bathers.
Food
All food is catered for breakfast, lunch, dinner and morning & afternoon tea.
You are welcome to bring your own snacks.
Drinks
This retreat is about relaxing and recharging but you are welcome
to bring a small amount of alcohol if you want.
Phones
Phones are welcome at the retreat but we do request
you switch them off during meditations.
You are welcome to have them on silent during the art workshops.
In fact, we’d love you to take pics and share them on social media
using the hashtag #createandmeditate2021
WIFI is available.
Free time
There will be downtime during the two days so please bring
your journal, sketch pad, book, knitting, or any other items
to help you relax during those times.
What happens if there are still restrictions in place?
We feel very confident that most of the restrictions will have eased. We have to manage these as they come and go and will be relying on government direction.
Are children allowed to join us?
At this stage, no. Keep an eye on our website as we plan on adding family-friendly retreats in the future.
